What exactly is the role of both partners as a buddy

I have a buddy, or rather had one, and seems like he wanted
to make all the rules. When you agree to see somebody like
this what are the rules suppose to be? Is it always sex when
he wants it, (I am always up for some fun)or should it be if
either wants some fun? I guess I enjoy the sex more than he?
Really don't know. Come on guys, if you have a buddy,
don't treat them like they are meaningless, Is that
how men really are, they can have meaningless sex, no emotions
involved whatsoever. I don't even know if the guy even
liked me....I am not looking to get married, just love to
have sex, but don't like to bed hop, and feel I have to
have some connection with any man I sleep with. Is that a
crime?????? If it is, then I guess I committed one. We seem
to be moving away from allowing ourselves to feel any kind
of closeness, and now unfortunately, I am starting to feel
that way too. I was not in love but felt a great connection,
was a nice companion but have learned that there are not
too many truly nice guys out there...I know this is a sex
site, but it's also a place for relationships and friendships,
too. A friend in deed is a friend in need, and vice versa..............
