Don't overload on Carbs/by a Utah personal trainer
I am a personal trainer in Utah and find that most people
who have a sedentary lifestyle eat way to many carbs and
become overweight. I always ask them what they do for work
and in their lifestyle as far as recreation and I find most
people don't need to eat that many carbs keeping them to
a minimun. I always tell think about what you will be doing
for the next three hours and plan their meal around that.
Say they will be sitiing at the office working okay then
you don't need very many carbs with that meal before you
go sit for three hours str8. Society is unforunately getting
fatter and that is really sad. I believe in healthy body
healthy mind. So people out there if you don't live a very
active lifestyle and the same for work being sedentary
you want to lose weight limit your carbs to a minimun. Don't
get rid of them alltogether because you need carbs to survive
your body uses them for energy but if you don't burn off the
carbs you ate your body will store them at fat
