Miracle Workout

Anyone looking to get in shape, look no further. I have discovered
the secret to fitness. I am going to tell you exactly how
to loose weight and get in shape.

Sadly if you were hoping for some magic pill or 7 minute abs
this isn't it. I am offering you hard work. No one ever
drown in sweat.

The secret to loosing weight and getting in shape is easy.
Basic exercises and consitency.

First thing is you need to get into the gym regularly. At
minimum (MINIMUM!!!!)three times a week. Four or five
times is much better.

Second is basic exercises. people tend not to do them because
they are hard. The PEC DECK is much easier then a heavy bench
press. I am talking about squats, deadlifts, bench presses,
and power cleans.

As far as diet goes that is common sense too. You need to burn
more calories then you take in. I am not talking about skipping
meals, I am talking about sensible portions and hard work
on your cardio machine of choice...

Like the commercial says...JUST DO IT!
