Sexercise instructer?

What better way to get rid of it. It's not alot, maybe an extra
5 lbs or so. I did'nt have it before the realationship that
just ended recently and I'm noticeing it more now that I'm
single again. I used to be more active before my last girlfriend
moved in. She did'nt like me going out without her and she
would'nt workout with me. I started doing pushups and situps
around the house but, it's just not the same without the
cardovascular (running, jogging, ect). At first she
gave me plenty of sex which helped keep up my metabolism
then as we drifted apart that became less and less. I'm back
to workingout again and I feel the abs strong under a little
extra cushion but, I think all this energy I'm burning could
go to a better use. Well ladies what do you think? -Hemiamiman-
