The only good way to lose weight
There is really only one good way to lose weight safely and
effectively, and keep it off. Eat less ( not less often )
and move more. As a certified personal trainer and someone
who has a degree ( B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science ). I
deal with people All the time wanting to know how to lose
weight. The first thing a person needs to do is find out what
their caloric maintainance level is. In order to lose weight
(Body Fat) You have to be at a deficet. The mistake most people
make is just to stop eating or only eat once, twice, or three
times a day. Most people need to be eating at least four times
a day and as many as six times a day. Once you have your eating
under control you are 60-70% of the way there. Then you need
to find a qualified personal trainer and learn how hard
you need to push yourself and the correct way to do certain
exercises while you are working out. Working out means
cardio and weight training. Then you Must stick with it.
You can not get to where you want to be and stop, and expect
to keep what you have work hard to achieve. That is basically
IT in a nut shell. Loosing weight is not rocket science,
but it does take knowledge and understanding to do it correctly.
