STD's
If you are sexually active, go to your doctor and ask to be
vacinated for Hep A and B. A is usually not deadly, but B is,
although you dont want to go through a Hepatitis A infection
- its terrible and well worth being immunized. Both are
fully preventable via vacination and vacination gives
you life long immunity. Hep C is also deadly, but there is
no vacination for Hep C yet, unfortunately. My doctor told
me to expect a vacination within 10 to 15 years for Hep C.
Also, they are testing vacinations for HIV, but I havent
heard of anything approved by the FDA yet. Remember, you
can get Hep A by kissing, and Hep B and C by active sexual contact,
typically other than kissing.
