Guys, take notice! Romance IS the way to most womens heart...
I have not been on Adult FriendFinder for long, but there are some fundamental
truths that seem to crop up with about the same frequency
that they do in life. Go figure. Since I am a guy, I will slant
this towards men. Believe me I do not have much in the way
to relationship advice! But, I know how the world seems
to work for me. Once upon a time, a women I was dating told
me "Remember how you romanced me when we first met?"
I told here yes, of course. She then said "honey, I
need a little bit of that every day. That is where my heart
lives". I learned the lesson. I learned that when
my SO came home, she wanted to talk to ME, not to my head as
I watched TV. What she had to say may or may not have been interesting,
but I always listen. IF you don't believe me, most women
will tell you, in a variety of ways that they want YOUR attention.
Even if only for a little while. You know, she deserves it.
That is how you got her in the first place. It can be a bother
sometimes that mens brains are so wired for sex, with romance
being an afterthough. Trust me, I think I am right in the
middle of my second stage of puberty right now! I was thinking
of something warm and furry twelve seconds ago, and I am
sure it will come up again soon, but still, over the long
haul, you have to try to live in the wonderful place that
women crave. If they have to drag you into, if they have to
beg for it, sooner or later, you will pay the price. There
are, of course, exceptions, so this is a blanket statement.
Just looking over the adds tells me that men are on a squishy
hunt, and most women at least seem to have a secret hope that
whomever they sleep with might not be a knuckledragger.
Boys, read Venus and Mars, and open your eyes! The warm furry
thing will probably pre-occupy you for awhile, but, sooner
or later, it is the friendship, the sharing, and the intimacy
that sustain a relationship. One more thing, what is the
deal with hygiene? Have people in western SD forgotten
the use of the shower and toothbrush? Gees, wake the hell
up!!! Oh, and perhaps learn to converse, I promise you it
will come in handy in the years when sex is not the highest
priority...
